WHY ME? WHY NOW?

1/10/04 I can't belive I'm blogging. I finally gave in. I'm one of those unrecorded people that, when they die, won't leave much of a record. I'm the kid that always got a brand new diary in her stocking every christmas, and never seemed to manage to come up with more to write in it than her breakfast. So now, at 41, I'm blogging. Lets see how long it lasts.

Actually, writing is rather cathartic. I've always been good at it. At least, I've always been TOLD I'm good at it ----- great grades in English & Speech, great grades on all my papers, 4.0 GPA in grad school (the 50% of the courses that I took --- that is a whole different story).

I'm originally from Montgomery, Alabama. And no, I'm not a redneck, nor am I racist, nor am I a big-haired bimbo. I'm probably the most un-Montgomery Montgomerian I know. Which is probably why I now live about an hour north of Miami.

More later.....
